I have a question for anyone who has done low level hacking on the formatting of a floppy disk. When I read the first block of the Extent Tree or the Catalog tree, what fo I have there? A B*tree node? It doesn't seem to be. I get the position of the Catalog Tree and the Extent Tree from the VolInfo block. Apart from IM IV, what are the informative references? Are there tech notes on it? Which ones.
