Hi... I have a quick question for all you TCL gurus out there... Here's the situation: I am simulating Modal Dialogs with the TCL (disabled clicks outside my window, etc.)... In my pseudo-dialog, I have some CEditText fields. Now, tabbing between them and everything works fine, however I noticed some rather unfriendly behavior while testing... Problem: If the cursor (mouse cursor, that is) is not in a CEditText region (ie, it is an arrow instead of an I-beam), then my typing appears very s..l..o..w..l..y. However, if the cursor is within a CEditText region (ie, it is an I-beam, not an arrow), then my typing appears lickedy-split (the way it is supposed to). Any ideas what causes this? Any ideas on how to get around it? Oh! One last thing... it doesn't matter which CTextEdit field the (mouse) cursor is in, as long as it is in one (typing appears quickly)... Help me please... Thanks in advance and all that... :-) --Doug -- Doug Bitting | "And we know that in all things God works PO Box 3043 Yale Station | for the good of those who love him..."
