Arrgghh! "omega" just core-dumped on me again when I was on first level getting ready to kill a goblin. One of the problems with core dump anyplace other than the city level is that your file is not saved. Only on city level does it go through the process of asking you about it. Can the author of this program please try doing it again... BTW, it seems that the program has no need for a "header.h" file. I've compiled it without it and am having the above occasion core dump. Very annoying when the guards keep getting in the way. It would be nice if some Moria features could be added here, mainly a mapping system so that we can have an idea of where we are on a particular level and be able to get a hardcopy of the present map. It sure would help in this game. Also, can we get some real documentation, especially on how to use "wizard" mode. The normal instructions don't and shouldn't have this information. -- Live Long And Prosper and May The Force Be With You(And The Carrier, Too...) Philip L. Wing

this has happened three times now and at the same around the same level of experience. After saving a character that is above tenth level of experience i try to restore the character and i get the famous: "Yikes- i caught a core dump signal would you like to try to save the game?" message. This has happened with two 11th level chars and one 12th level char. has anyone else had a similar problem? any and all suggestions would be appreciated. thank you john schmid -- Help, I'm being controlled by a sinister alien syndicate and being forced to work with people I don't like!
