Due to a complete lack of progress in getting a link up to tekred without
costing other folks big bucks, I have decided to release the Patch Kit that
will upgrade NetHack 2.2a to 2.3e in the group comp.sources.games.bugs.
The release will take place in three days - I'm trying to give everybody
ample warning here, since I don't want to have to repost unless absolutely
required. The release date for the first packets will be April 7th.
