I don't know what is causing this, but there is a bug in the routines to add up your gold talons after each turn. Actually the bug also exists in the budget routine. The budget routine will print out the I have a net income of whatever, and yet somehow it says that my total expected gold will be smaller than the gold I have this turn, even if my net income is positive! This same problem occurs in the update. Also, the charity function doesn't seem to work and may be the problem. Changes of 1% in my charity change my expected income by about 9% of my net income! This is kind of a drag to say the least, because I have been unable to amass much gold. And no, this is not the result of having too few jewels. Jay Shrauner
