[net.micro] Using /t1 on CoCo

I have noticed the same thing with my home brew emulation of an
HP2647a. I first thought the baud rate clock in my home brew was at
fault and I was about to measure its clock frequency. Since you have the
problem also, perhaps I should measure the output frequency of the port.
It does get worse as the baud rate increases.

I am currently decoding the RS232 device driver to see if there exists a
bug somewhere. Wasn't there talk on the net sometime that OS9 was delayed
because of a problem with /t1?.

Will keep you posted.
