System: VAX 8650 running Ultrix 3.1
Conquer: Version 4.7
Symptom (1): Popularity of a nation goes above 100 at times. Sometimes
charity percentage cannot be changed when the popularity is 100+.
Symptom (2): My human nation sometimes suffer brain drain. People in my
sectors would sometimes migrate to sectors owned by savages. The
sectors' population disappears when the Savages' sectors are later
captured by my armies (I own the captured sector's population if
the population was also human).
Symptom (3): Dervish power does give me vegetation of '6' for ice sectors.
The movement cost does not change to 1, however.
