Talks are presented by members of the Program Committee of the Fifth
Annual Structure in Complexity Theory Conference.  This conference
will be held July 8 - 11, 1990 in Barcelona, Spain, and is sponsored
by the IEEE Computer Society Technical Committee for Mathematical
Foundations of Computing in cooperation with ACM SIGACT and EATCS.

All talks will take place in room 356 Ell Center on the Northeastern
