The conference program will include invited presentations and contributed papers on current research. The conference language is English. Acceptance of papers will be notified to the authors by February 1, 1991. Camera ready copies of accepted papers in final form are due March 15, 1991. Accepted papers will be published by Springer-Verlag in the series Lecture Notes in Computer Science, and will be available at the conference.
