[comp.theory] FOCS registration

This is a reminder to get your FOCS registrations in now. The deadline for
late registration is September 21. That's this Friday. After that, the cost
of registration goes up $100, so please register now. Also, the block of rooms
at the hotel will only by held until Monday, September 23, so please contact
the hotel right away if you plan to stay there.
