[comp.theory] MIAN online

The Steklov Institute of Mathematic of the Academy of Sciences in Moscow
(MIAN) is now reachable by e-mail from Internet. You can write to Nikolai
Repin <repin%log.mian.su@relay.eu.net> or Sergei Artemov
<art%log.mian.su@relay.eu.net> to inquire about the e-mail address of the
person you wish to write to. Presently the connection is effected by UUCP
via a 300 bps modem, so it's not practical to use it for sending long files
(e.g., long TeX manuscripts), or to use it to communicaye with many people
outside of the division of mathematical logic, which established the
connection. It is hoped that one day the bandwidth will be increased and the
e-mail access will be available to everyine at Steklov and to the members of
Moscow mathematical society who aren't at Steklov.

Does anyone know if the Institutes for System Studies (VNIISI) and
Control Sciences (IPU) in Moscow can be reached by email?
