I am supposed to present a paper in STACS to be held in Hamburg (Germany) on the 15th of Feb. I am unable to go there because of visa restrictions. If any one who plans to attend this conference is willing to present this paper, I'll be grateful. The paper concerns packet routing on a mesh (and is entitled, `Constant Queue Routing on a Mesh.')
