workshop on May 9-10, 1991 at the New Orleans Marriott in New Orleans,
Louisiana -- immediately following the 23rd Annual ACM Symposium on
Theory of Computing (STOC).

STUDENT FELLOWSHIPS
Lodging and accommodation (shared double room) and partial travel
support will be available for a limited number of graduate students
and recent Ph.D.'s, (degrees earned 1989-1990). Please send a one
page letter of application along with a copy of your resume by
March 15, 1991 to Dawn Vance, UMIACS, A.V. Williams Building,
Univ. of MD, College Park, MD 20742. Decisions will be made by
April 1, 1991.
LOCATION
The New Orleans Marriott, located in the historic French Quarter, is
approximately 15 miles from New Orleans International Airport. Taxi
and shuttle services are available to and from the hotel.
REGISTRATION
$50.00 ($20.00 for students)
Registration fee includes 2 lunches, a welcome reception on May 9th
and conference materials.
RESERVATIONS
A limited number of sleeping rooms have been reserved at the following
discounted rates: $109 per night (single and double), $129 per night
(three people), $149 per night (quads-four people).
DEADLINES FOR REGISTRATION & RESERVATIONS
A workshop pre-registration form follows; it is due no later than
April 15, 1991.
Room reservations must be made by April 5, 1991. Availability and
