FRIDAY (APRIL 5) is the deadline for early registration for STOC '91 and for hotel reservations. This deadline will be observed by both the conference and the hotel because of budget constraints, so apply in time! It'll be worth it. And don't forget the 2nd Annual Workshop on Parallel Algorithms immediately after STOC '91.
