I'm currently working on a survey about Uncertainty Management Techniques. At this moment I am particulary interested on Fuzzy Sets and it's applications. I'm looking for devellopment tools in this area. Any pointers to such tools would be appreciated (either commercial or Public Domain (in this case a FTP site would be fine...)).
