Bob Floyd and I are trying to make a quantitative comparison among
several publishers. Previously we solicited comments from authors.
Now I would appreciate comments from teachers. If you would fill out
the following survey, I think it would take under 3 minutes total. If
you can only spare 1 minute, we would still appreciate answers to Part
I. Individual reponses will be kept confidential. Just edit the
file, fill in the blanks, and mail the completed form to
