Galloway, Jr. contract programmer, San Jose, Ca I have a simple question: Is there a driver available for AUX to read a CD ROM? We have a data base on CD ROM but don't know how to read it under AUX. It can be mounted under Multi-finder but not Finder.

Remember that A/UX currently can only access Macintosh file systems via hfx or mfs and can't directly interpret high sierra. What this means is that you can either interpret whatever file system is out there yourself, or, if it's an A/UX file system, you can mount it and use it like any other read-only drive.
