[comp.music] Looking for Music Box, FTP sites

I am looking for a public-domain program called 'Music Box' by John Dunn.

Apparently the program is available from bulletin boards in the U.S., and
I was wondering if anyone out there has a copy. If so, I would be
grateful if they could either mail it to me, or let me know if there any
sites with anonymous ftp access to it. (Speaking of which, are there ANY ftp
sites with music software?)
