Okay, I bought the new Sound Manager chapter, and it doesn't support stereo, so I bought MACE from APDA (on the adivce of DTS), and it supports stereo, but it uses the AIFF format for its ExtSoundHeader (normal stereo SoundHeaders still don't work), so now I need the docs for AIFF (on order from APDA), but I'm afraid that I still won't be able to get things to work right. All I need to do is play a short sound in one or the other ear. I can make the sound myself (it doesn't have to be an existing snd resource). Does anyone have any source code? Also, the MACE docs referred to the MACE Developers' Kit, but I couldn't find it in the APDAlog. Any leads on this thing? Please respond by e-mail; I'll post results if anyone likes.
