I'm looking for hardware/software fixes for the following hairy problem: we need to run several (upwards of 5) autonomous MIDI buses off an ethernet bus. has anybody seen hardware that will do this neatly? thanks... I'll post interesting replies. --Mike.

Does anyone know of a way to guarantee an ethernet data transfer within some reasonably finite length of time?
