Why sing?  Why not talk?  Because to create graphic animation or large scale
integrated audio visual demonstrations or multi-lingual visuals it is 
necessary to be able to determine when a certain word is going to occur in
the program.  I know of no easy way to know how long it will take to read
a certain script, but if the reading is in time to music I know exactly when
that word will be sounded.
  A discussion concerned using the sub-titleing for the deaf as a base for
second language lookup subtitles. The same TV  program could be broadcast
all over the world and each TV-COMPUTER would subtitle into what ever
language was desired and computer speech synthesis would speak that language.
The actors would just move in time to the music.
