It is now January 21th and I still have not received the January issue of BYTE. I have just written a letter to the subscription department and complianed about their recent neglect of the long-time subscibers. I suggest that others in the same situation also write letters. Is there anyone else still in the same situation? The February issue of Microsystems arrived today.

Since Byte seems to be showing up in stores and on newstands faster
than it's getting to subscribers, I suggest we terminate our subscriptions
(or at the very least, not renew them) and switch to buying them "off the
shelf". I, too, have subscribed to Byte for many years and am getting
increasingly frustrated with their lack of concern for subscribers.
