Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of any documentation on the net describing the internal registers, etc, on the Roland MPU-IPC midi interface card. I found some information in the comments of a sample midi program in C at UCSD.EDU, but this only utilized the "dumb uart" mode and was lacking much detail. Thanks in advance. Roland was kind enough to loan the University a copy of their technical documentation for the MPU-IPC. What we received was the "MPU-401 Technical Reference Manual" version 1.5A 5/31/85. They told us that this was the most recent documentation, and that it usually sells for $20. As to the quality of the document, it is on a par with Roland's other manuals. I doubt that I would pay $20 for it. I can't go into too much detail, since what I am aiming to do with it will all be done in UART mode. Dave
