[net.news.group] proposal for a Computer Architecture newsgroup

	Is there any interest in starting a group for people interested
in computer architecture?  Ideally, net.micro.68k, etc. should be
organized as subgroups of net.arch.  Not only would this provide
a forum for discussing commercial computers, but also for experimental
ones (Dataflow, NYU Ultracomputer, RISC).
