I have a good friend, a professional music copyist, who has seen the future and decided it is time to purchase a music notation system. His prelimary research directs him toward either Finale (Mac) or Score (PC) but he has not had an opportunity to try either package. Any recommendations for software, hardware and an output device would be greatly appreciated. He requires the utmost in features and flex- ibility from the software.
