With my SB came some booklets, one of which listed complementary
products. The interface was cited, for about $100, to be ordered
from Creative Labs directly. There was also a bundle: board plus
Voyetra's SpJr sequencer.

$100 is a lot of money for half-duplex MIDI. I am currently trying
to construct the interface myself. If I fail, I will probably buy
a MPU-401 clone.
