I am in need of the FTP address where I can locate the source for CMUSIC
as used in the text "Elements of Computer Music", and also that of the CMU
Midi Toolkit, Macintosh version.
The latter used to be located on g.gp.cs.cmu.edu (or similar) and is not
there anymore. Does anybody know why? Any suggestions welcomed!

You may be able to work something out with Dick -- he used to work at Bell Labs.
