Sorry I have to post this on the net, but I know of no e-mail address for CMU.... In early February I sent a check for $20.00 to CMU for a copy of the CMU Midi Tool Kit. As of April 6, I have not received it. If there is anyone reading this post from the department which produces this software, please contact me, or have the appropriate person do so ASAP.
