Those of you who are after Mac Notation Software should check out Music Publisher. This program does most of what you need for standard typesetting, and in fact 75% of all music typesetting in Australia is now done with the program. It should be available from distributors such as Thinkware in California, and possibly a company called 'Intersoft' in Santa Cruz. It's pretty cheap, and comes with an additional keyboard that speeds up notation entry. Has real time input, but it does't import MidiFiles. Lots of copyists use it, but it's not designed for non-traditional notation.
