the documentation file seems to be slightly crashed.
does anyone have a good copy of this file?
also, the read.me file has a mention of a source file
direct.blk and this file is both not present and not
mentioned beyond this point.  does anyone have any info
on this?

Hello? Could somebody explain what this fellow is talking about? I assume that
he is referring to something in an ARPA-only group like INFO-FORTH or whatever
they call those things... I am VERY interested in anything called forth83.
Could somebody mail me some help in getting this?
