Try fmpaka.exe from ucsd.edu, directory /midi/software/ibmpc.
As you have an C64, I have a question:
On the uhccux.uhcc.hawaii.edu site I have found C64Music.zap, which I cannot
decode. The file starts with:
"\0\0\0$ZAP V1.41 (C)1990 GREMLIN of MAYHEM\0\0\0\0\0"
Do you (or anybody on this newsgroup) know how to read this format?
