From: Gern <GUBBINS@RADC-TOPS20.ARPA> What he says is true. I have found Russ to be extreamely helpful in the topics of my concerns and we kept it off the (well, 80% at least) mailing lists and on our own of CCing to all concerned. So if you don't like it, go make your own mailing list which concerns itself with the topics only you want to hear. I did just that: INFO-HZ100 which is averaging 3 requests for addition per day. You can then do anything you d___ well please with it and keep off anyone you desire and censor it till your hearts content. A mailing list is a community of people interacting through their keyboards for the knowledge and benifits of all. It is a meeting place for individuals to meet and get together on their own when the topics might not be of general concern. And if you don't care to read something, just skip it to the next header subject, or get a subject listing and read only those you wish. If you don't know how to get your system to parse over messages then you better be willing to deal with it, or get off the list and make your own as suggested. So there!! Now Play nice! Gern -------
