[comp.protocols.tcp-ip.domains] USC-ISIC.ARPA, is this a known problem?

If you're running a version of named other than 4.7.3 and you have
ISIB and/or ISIC in your root cache, loops like this will happen.
Inside of the loop, your nameserver is sending queries to root servers.

TAKE ISIB AND ISIC OUT OF YOUR ROOT CACHE!!!  They aren't root servers
any longer, and don't exist.

If they're not coming from your boot file and/or root cache file,
you'll have to find out where they're coming from.
