Hi, I have recently waded through the relevant RFCs for the Domain Name System and think I've got the main points into my thick skull - at least what I have set up works after a fashion. But what I'd really *like* to have are some examples of how to set up the config files for named in the different hierarchies of a domain, so that I can perform a sanity check on what I think has to be configured. Yes, there are some examples in the RFCs, but I would appreciate something still more elaborate. I.e. the relevant config data for the nameservers for the domains company.com, a.company.com, b.company.com, dept.a.company.com and so on. Could someone send me a copy of how you have set up named.boot and the other files? If there is sufficient demand (i.e. if I am not the only confused person in this group :-)) I'll summarize.
