[comp.sys.zenith] Z-449 43-line mode?

I have a Z-248 with a Z-449 Advanced Graphics Adaptor connected to
a ZCM-1490 FTM monitor.  The question is:  How can I get this thing
to go into 43-line mode upon bootup?
