In response to my previous querry about memory for my Zenith 386/16, I received several helpful responses. However, another question has been brought up. That is how much slower will 16 bit memory access slow my computer down? Right now, I don't know if the limiting factor right now is my processor at 16 MHZ or the memory. If it's the memory, the I probably would not want to use slower memory, but if it's the processor, then it wouldn't really make much difference unless it was much slower memory. Also, what speed memory should I use? I assume that the faster the better, but is there a point where the processor will not be able to keep up with the memory, and i would just be wasting my money? Or should I get as fast memory as possible? Right now, I would probably get either 80 or 100 nanosecond memory. Would faster memory be useful? Thank you for the previous responses, and I would appreciate any more advice. Jon Luntz V095JUHX@UBVMSD.BITNET
