Don't drop Zenith unless you are sure there is something better out there. Our University dealt with Zenith for 8 years. We had a good working relationship. There were problems at times but Zenith always took care of us. This year the University went with IBM for political reasons. It has been the worst nightmare you could imagine. The machines are failing at an incredible rate! We can't seem to get parts to repair them. We have more 800 numbers than we know what to do with. I hope the powers that be at the university will all this when contract time comes. I would gladly trade your Zenith problems for our IBM problems. Bill MacKinnon
