This is being posted by a friend. I recently found a Zenith Supersport laptop for a price that is in my range. I currently have a Z181lp, and love it, but am started to get frustrated with the inability to upgrade it. What I'm wondering is what the main differences between the Supersport and the z181 are. Is the Supersport capable of being upgraded to a 286? What type of video does it have? And most important, can a harddrive be inserted internally? (it currently has two floppies.) Basically, I want to know everything I can about the Supersport before I buy one. Secondly, last year in the Heath magazine, a two part article was published that described how to add a hard drive to the bus port on the Z181. Has anyone tried this? I'm having trouble finding the 62 pin ribbon cable. Nobody I've talked to has any clue what I'm talking about. Your experiences with this would be greatly appreciated.
