Call Intel's PC Product Support BBS at (503) 645-6275, and ask there. I 
do believe that the InBoard (?) 386-PC will work in your unit. The only
other upgrade path is by replacing the backplane to go to something
wider than the 8-bit data bus that your machine uses.
