[comp.ivideodisc] CD-I: Can it be discussed here?

czei@cbdkc1.ATT.COM (Michael Czeiszperger) (12/29/87)

I've been doing alot of reading about CD-I, as well as interactive
video disc technology. I'd like to get comments from people currently
working with video discs as to the potential of CD-I or DVI
technology. For instance, Electronic Arts now has a director of CD-I
research, but I havn't heard that they've done much. How about
authoring systems? I've talked to people from American Interactive
Media, but release of the first CD-I disc seems far off in the future.
