[comp.ivideodisc] Information Requested re. Macintosh Video Player

If you saw the "videodisk emulation with videotape" message of a few
days ago, then you know about some of the hardware available for videotape
control. As far as software goes, HyperCard can easily support videodiscs,
and a good HyperHacker could whip out a script to drive a serial videotape
controller in less than half an hour. Unless you want to combine the video
from a videodisc with the Mac video, no additional hardware is required.
You might want to check out the Voayger VideoStack from The Voyager Company,
2139 Manning Ave., Los Angeles, CA, 90025, (213)474-0032. If you're just
starting, this HyperCard stask is quite helpful (but if you've already got
a videodisc hooked up to your Mac and working, it's probably not worth the
$99).
