Can anyone out there recommend any good books to learn about Interactive
Video systems?

A good place to start is "interactive Video" volume one, from the
Educational technology Anthology Series published by Educational
Technology Publications, Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey 07632.  It
was published in 1989 and is a collection of reprints from e
