Eventhough I use VM infrequently (mostly PROFS - I am an MVS
Systems Programmer), one magazine I subscribe to that has a
number of VM, VM/XA, VM/CMS, etc articles is "Mainframe
Journal". It is aimed at "users of IBM System/370 Architecture
and Compatible Systems" and has articles for all levels of
hardware and software folks - systems, applications, operations.
Another nice feature is that it is "free to qualified readers"
in the US and Canada. Here's the address:
