Greetings, I realize that the following is not specific to the use of asm370, but am hoping that the readers of this group may be able to help. We here at CSU Fresno are gearing up to use our 4381-R92 running VM/XA as an educational resource. I am interested in any experiences you may have had with a similar environment. I am especially interested in any performance/capacity observations you may be willing to make. I have been asked to look for inforamtion to help the academic support staff here determine what sort of services they want to offer on the 4381 and two VAXs we are using. At the current time there are plans/requests to run such products as: CATIA COPICS under CICS/VSE under VSE under VM. AIX ESE TCP/IP SAS SPSS-X In addition there will certainly be interest in CMS accounts for students receiving instruction in programming.
