[comp.lang.asm370] getting real device info for virt. disk using DIAG

You can use a DIAG x'08' (virtual console function) to give commands
and get the buffer with the results back to your program. Its documented
in my rel 6 System Facilities for Programming manual page 8. If
you still need a real live example I might be able to find you one.
I cant find it at the moment.
