I'm interested in the REXX scripting language, but know precious little about it. Local experts assert that it is an IBM product. Is that true? If true, it probably means that any user interface written in REXX on a VM machine will *not* run on my VAX. This question is pertinent because that's likely to be exactly what I've been trying to do. Can anyone clarify the nature of this tool for me? If a good book exists, I can find it. My principal interest is to find a way to develop an interface that will make MAIL easier to use for novices, whether on VAX or IBM. Would REXX be a good way to go? I would appreciate any help. ***************************************************** * Joe Hewitt || // || || * * University of Kansas Law Library ||// || || * * Bitnet: JWHEWITT@UKANVAX ||\\ || || * * Internet: JWHEWITT@kuhub.cc.ukans.edu|| \\ ||==|| * * Voice: 913 864-3025 * *****************************************************
