[news.software.nntp] Need FASCIST checking in NNTP inews

No!  But a facist option in the mini-inews will NOT help. You just have to
do "telnet host nntp" and you are free do give whatever answers you want.
You can ONLY restrict the usage of news to a particular host.

Actually, I am looking at that problem at this time. It can be solved
inside nntp. You have to make nntp post the article as the originator
and not as "usenet" or "news" at it currently is.

Another possibility is to modify B-News to look at both the poster
and From lines in the article for validation.

How!?!? Please explain how you can do it. If I just do
"telnet newshost nntp".  The only level you can restict
postings with nntp is on hostname not on individual users.
