When I run nntpxmit, I connect up to the target host just fine, I send the IHAVE message, they say OK I send the article, and then nothing happens. For a *long* time. Then the connection times out. The articles are requeued, and the QUIT is sent. The next time around, the remote host says "got it" when I offer my requeued articles, I delete them from my spool file, and away I go. I assume my news is getting through. (It is if your reading this!). Why do I get an error on the first article, and it times out on the second? Can somebody tell me what the lastest version on nntpd and nntpxmit is? I can't seem to get nntpxfer to run correctly. (core dumps).
