Besides having lines > 80 characters, you can do neat things like "hide" machine language in Basic, i.e., when you LOAD"PROGRAM",8 that single file can contain both Basic and 6510 code. Of course, this requires knowledge of how Basic lines are stored internally, a subject I've been considering writing about in net.micro.cbm in a few weeks (I'm a bit busy at the moment). A.
