Hi out there, We are new to nntp and nntplink and I hoping some of you can help me out. We are a tail site at this time. We have nntplink working and news goes out. We only send-out 10-20 notes aday. We have played around with the flags in 'sys' and the only one the nntplink seems to like in 'n'. This writes the path & msg-id of the note to go out. (We have latest CNEWS/NNTP/NNTPLINK with patches applied. We have tried I & l) This is fine for now but in afew weeks we are going to start feeding several other sites in Ford Aerospace. We are not sure that with the 'n' flag if we will batch correctly. Where is the actual bacthing taking place ?? 'sendbatches' of cnews handles it for our uucp sites and it has been correctly doing this. We have nntplink check the '/var/spool/news/batch/site' file every 60 seconds.
